CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

REQUIREMENT Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Quantity survey or related field
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction industry
  • Professional certification
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of local construction laws and regulations

Competency Skills

  • Strong project planning and site management skills
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination ability
  • Budgeting and cost control expertise
  • Contract administration and negotiation skills
  • Risk assessment and problem-solving capability
  • Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control
  • Effective communication and reporting skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timely completion of projects within approved schedule
  • Project delivery within approved budget
  • Compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Quality of completed works (minimal defects and reworks)

PROCUREMENT OFFICER 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, KISM or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years of procurement experience in a construction environment.

Competence skills

  • Strong negotiation, strategic sourcing, and cost analysis skills to drive measurable savings.
  • Effective supplier coordination and follow-up skills to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Ability to evaluate, manage, and maintain high-performing supplier relationships.
  • Skilled in streamlining procurement processes and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong financial control and adherence to procurement policies to support project and budget targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Cost savings achieved
  • On-time delivery rate
  • Supplier performance rating
  • Reduction in procurement cycle time
  • Compliance with budget and project timelines

    ACCOUNTANT 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in construction or project-based environment.

Competency Skills

  • Strong financial reporting and analytical skills to ensure precise and timely preparation of accounts.
  • Solid budgeting and cost-control skills to maintain financial discipline across projects.
  • Proactive financial monitoring and variance analysis skills to minimize excess expenditure.
  • In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and statutory requirements to ensure full compliance within deadlines.
  • Strong cash flow forecasting and liquidity management skills to maintain financial stability.

  • Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports
  • Budget adherence per project
  • Reduction of cost overruns
  • Timely tax and statutory compliance

    STOREKEEPER

    Required Qualifications

    • Diploma or Certificate in Stores Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
    • 2–3 years’ experience in storekeeping, preferably in construction.
    • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.

    Competency skills

    • Strong record-keeping and stock reconciliation skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory data.
    • Effective stock control and monitoring skills to minimize wastage, damage, and pilferage.
    • Efficient coordination and documentation skills to ensure prompt and accurate material issuance.
    • Ability to monitor stock levels and plan reorders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
    • Sound knowledge of warehouse safety procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    • Accuracy of inventory records
    • Reduction in material wastage and losses
    • Timely issuance of materials
    • Proper stock level management
